We are the rental division for ERA Martin & Associates. With over 30 years of experience, we strive to make the renting process a pleasant experience. We have 2 full time, licensed real estate agents as our property managers, that strive to take care of tenant concerns as fast as possible. We always have a variety of homes available and the list changes several times a week. If you do not see a home that works for you on our list right now, keep checking back often. We do require all prospective tenants to fill out a application and be approved first. Once we have approved you, you may choose from any of our homes. We look forward to helping you find your home.
